A simple question

This may seem a bit idiotic, but I just wanted to ask. The Blue Panda currently has 3,243 members, but I'd say about 90% haven't even posted once. I just wanted to know why. It's not like it's necessary to be a member to view the topics, and although we have a couple obvious ones that are programs, most seem like legitimate people. Why?

I would assume they're spambots. Or maybe they're just people who register thinking its a cool forum, then see how insanely awesome it is and are too intimidated to post.

A big reason is there have been surges of members joining and and I have deleted a lot of post from various era's of the forums, as things got out of hand with kids infesting the place. Another reason is simply spambots, and also some people just sign up and don't post.
